Monday – ME bench

A- Incline bench  205 x 1, 225 x 1, 235 x 1, 245 x 1…don’t really know if I truly got the last one since the dude touched the bar; damn!

B- DBs bench  100s x 5, 105s  2 x 5

C- Pronated rowing  2 x 10

D1- Seated row to neck  2 x 12

D2- Neck flexions with 25lbs plate 2 x 10

That’s IT! …med volume, so I didn’t do more and that was perfect like this, I felt good afterward.
