Wednesday – DE lower body (deload)

A- Box jumps…I don’t know how many sets, like 4-5 x 3 reps. kept increasing the height of the box until I missed the last rep and banged myself on the steps.

B- Front squats  2 x 5 @ 185

C- 1 leg RDL  40 1 x 10, 45 1 x 10

D- Pallof presses 2 x 10/side with 70

That’s it; pretty short AND sweet!!
